About Nick

Nicholas A. Faulkner, BSc (Hons), FRICS, MRTPI, is a Chartered Surveyor, entrepreneur, and published author.

Nicholas Faulkner

He is the founder of Wild Geese, a private group of real estate-focused businesses. Over the last three decades, Nick has built and sold multiple successful businesses, particularly in the leasehold management sector, while also acquiring and managing both residential and commercial properties. Some assets are long-term holds for future family generations, while others have been strategically acquired and disposed of as part of a broader investment strategy.

Nick is a founding member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers. He has also lectured on the CPD circuit in leasehold best practice for the University of Portsmouth and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. With expertise in complex, mixed-tenure, mixed-use property management, Nick is a well known and respected industry voice.

Beyond his professional career, Nick is a published author, with his two novels, ‘A Dream to Die For’ and ‘The Gift Room’, available on Amazon.

Through Wild Geese Mail, he shares his insights on real estate, entrepreneurship, and the wider property market. Occasional editions cover his passion for gardening.
